人血清IgM(液體)70-80%純度抗體本公司提供的熒光抗體是將抗血清,經(jīng)純化成抗體IgG成分,采用直接標(biāo)記方法,將異硫氰酸熒光素(FITC美國(guó)sigma產(chǎn)品)及異硫氰酸羅達(dá)明熒光素(紅色)(RBITC, sigma產(chǎn))共價(jià)交聯(lián)到抗體(IgG)分子的賴氨酸分子上,并經(jīng)過純化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC濃度及效價(jià)鑒定而制成。 人血清IgM(液體)70-80%純度抗體應(yīng)用范圍: 1.用于細(xì)菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋體、鉤端螺旋體等微生物的抗原或抗體檢查。 2.用于臨床自身免疫病的多種自身抗體熒光檢查,如抗核抗體,抗心肌抗體等。 3.細(xì)胞因子等檢查的熒光流式細(xì)胞儀測(cè)定。 4.白細(xì)胞分型抗原的免疫熒光染色。 5.免疫組織及免疫病理中抗原,抗體檢查,如各種腫瘤抗原檢查。 主要性能:每支0.5ml液體,含有0.03%NaN3防腐,IgG蛋白,濃度在5mg左右,F(xiàn)ITC為sigma異構(gòu)體I,約在70?80μg/ml,495nm為zui大吸收峰。RBITC約20?40μg/mlzui大吸收555nm,zui大熒光光譜波長(zhǎng)為600nm。工作濃度用0.01mol/LpH7.4PBS作1:10?1:20稀釋使用,-20℃可保存一年,盡量少反復(fù)凍融。通稱第二抗體。
